If your package is missing, please contact us immediately by using the contact form or writing in to support@eartha.world and we will begin an investigation with our courier partner to attempt to track down the package.

In the unfortunate event that the items are damaged during transit, please contact us at support@eartha.world with proof of damage. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 48 hours from date of delivery.
