Our international shipping rates do not include import tax, duties and custom fees, and these fees will be borne by the customer where applicable.

- Parcels are refused due to high duties and taxes.
- Parcels unable to clear customs due to restrictions.
- Missing items due to customs confiscation.
Lost Parcels
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost packages where the order status has been registered as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact us immediately by using the contact form or writing in to support@eartha.world and we will begin an investigation with our courier partner to attempt to track down the package.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that the delivery location is safe for contactless delivery. You can leave specific delivery instructions at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on change of mind purchases.
In the unfortunate event that the items are damaged during transit, please contact us at support@eartha.world with proof of damage. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 48 hours from date of delivery.
