Aurora Mood Oil
Add 10-20 drops to a diffuser, inhale deeply for a sensory experience.

Aurora Pulse Oil
Roll over pulse points such as wrists, temples and neck, inhale deeply. Re-apply as needed.

Clary Sage – Warm and musky notes which induces a sense of calm and aids with sleep. It contains phytoestrogens, a plant-derived compound that mimics estrogen. They can bind to estrogen receptors in the body and help to adjust to optimal balance, hence alleviating menopausal symptoms, regulate menstrual cycles, and alleviate PMS symptoms.
Ylang Ylang – Floral and sweet, known for its deep sensual notes. It helps to lower cortisol levels by stimulating the release of endorphines, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the body's "rest" function, helping to lower stress.
