The Process
Initiate a claim by sending an email to support@eartha.world. Our team will provide a response within three business days.
Include the following in your email:
- Order number (for website purchases) or proof of purchase (for purchases from our retailer partners)
- Photographic evidence of damage
Out of Stock
In the event that the clip is out of stock, there will be an option to either replace with another clip of a different colour with the same value, or wait for the restock, if applicable.
Returns
In some cases, we may request the return of the defective item before processing a replacement. Clear instructions for returns will be provided by our Customer Service team.
