Recommendation
If you enjoy diffusing essential oils in your space, it's important to practice intermittent diffusion. Aim to diffuse for 60 minutes, followed by a corresponding break of 60 minutes.
If diffusing with elderly and children, assuming essential oils are kids-safe, diffuse for 15-30 minutes followed by a corresponding break of 30 minutes.
