Eartha Recipe: Snow Fungus with Pear

Snow Fungus with Pear, a beauty drink which helps to reduce loss of collagen in the skin, boast anti-inflammatory properties and lung-nourishing benefits.


1.6 litres of water
2 pears
25g snow fungus
20g seedless red dates
15g goji berries


1. Soak white fungus in cold water for 30 minutes to rehydrate. After rehydrating, cut snow fungus into small pieces and remove the core. Brew snow fungus in water for 1 hour.
2. Chop pear and combine all ingredients in boiled white fungus and water, brew for another 30 minutes.
3. Pour and enjoy while it's hot.
